As a member of the 1st Source team I bring over 40 years of experience with companies ranging in size from startup to fortune 100.  I have been involved in Accounting Processes and Procedures, Audits, Business Development, Strategic Planning, Mergers and Acquisition, Human Resources, Benefits, SEC Reporting and Taxation in a wide variety of industries including, Public Accounting, Banking and Finance, Technology, Mortgages, Manufacturing, Construction, Transportation, and others. I have built and operated my own companies and have worked directly with owners for several others in their growth and/or turnaround efforts. In my earlier years I worked for companies across the United States as well as having worked and lived abroad for a time.  For the past 20 plus years I have made my home in Utah. I have degrees in accounting and business administration and have been fully trained in several management training programs with the fortune 100 companies I have worked with.  I have a work ethic and hands on experience that is invaluable in allowing me to help direct a company to improve its operations and profitability.
